Yin Yoga and Mindfulness

MONDAYS @ 7:45PM (ON HOLD UNTIL FALL 2024)
Please join us for a one-hour class of self-care for your body and mind. Class structure: some breath exercises, Vinyasa flow, Yin poses and finally a short mindfulness meditation. It’s a beginner level class so no prior experience is required. Through mindfulness and breathing exercises, we will regulate the nervous system and hopefully relieve stress.
