Class Levels:
- Introductory to Ballet – Mondays @ 5:30pm-6:30pm
Start out learning the fundamentals of ballet: plié, tendu, relevé. Build a strong foundation that will increase strength
balance and posture alignment. Enjoy basic movements in center floor and traveling across the floor.

Beginner Ballet
Mondays @ 6:30pm-7:30pm
Continue learning technique and building a strong foundation that will increase strength and stamina, promote good posture, and enhance your overall well-being. Your learning continues with new movements and patterns.

Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm-7:30pm
. Here you’ll learn extended barre, center, traveling exercises and more focus on turns and jumps.
- Intermediate/Advanced
Thursdays @ 6:30pm-7:30pm
Builds on foundation through increased barre work, center floor exercises are well as traveling variations.
- Private Lessons – Call to Schedule
Learn or enhance your ballet technique one on one. Tell us your goals and we’ll work with you to achieve them.
Dress Code:
Suggested: Tights, leotard, dance skirt/shorts, and split-sole ballet shoes. Leggings/long top acceptable. Men: Black tights or sweatpants, white ballet shoes, t-shirt.
Hair: Pulled back and away from face and neck.
