Barre Strengthening / Stretching

Class Levels:

    Saturdays @ 10:30am – 11:30am 

The Barre Strength Class incorporates ballet barre and strengthening exercises. This class will focus on toning and tightening your legs and glutes while the strengthening portion will focus on defining your upper body and core. It’s a perfect workout for trimming and tightening your entire body! Enjoy a fun but challenging workout that is good for all fitness levels.

4 week sessions:  $48
Drop-in:  $15

Dress Code:

Suggested: Workout/Dance wear, socks, jazz/ballet shoes, dance sneakers
Hair:  Pulled back and away from face and neck.
