Learn the fundamentals of ballet; plié, tendu, relevé. Build a strong foundation that will increase strength and stamina, promote good posture, and enhance your overall well-being. Ballet compliments all other physical activities.

Introductory to Ballet 2 or Beginning Ballet 2
Wednesdays @ 7:00pm-8:00pm
Continue and enhance the fundamentals of ballet standing side to the barre. Here you’ll learn extended barre exercises as well as center floor and basic traveling movements.

Advanced Beginning
Thursdays @ 6:30pm-7:30pm
Designed for the student with above basic knowledge of positions, technique and terminology.

Intermediate
Mondays @ 7:00pm-8:30pm
Builds on foundation through increased barre work, center floor exercises are well as traveling variations.

Continue on Dancing (Extended Intermediate Ballet) (CURRENTLY ON HOLD)
Mondays @ 8:00pm – 9:00pm
This class compliments the 7pm Intermediate level forming one continuous night of ballet dancing. We start with pointe work (optional) at the barre and basics in center/diagonal. Pointe shoes are removed and we continue on class focusing on various variation with petit allegros, turns, waltzes and grand allegros. Tutus welcomed!
Note: First-time pointe students should discuss shoes and fitting with instructor prior to purchase.

Advanced
Thursdays @ 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Fast moving class requiring a greater knowledge of technique and vocabulary. Pointe work permitted; Tutus welcomed.
Private Lessons – Call to Schedule
Learn or enhance your ballet technique one on one. Tell us your goals and we’ll work with you to achieve them.
Dress Code:
Suggested: Tights, leotard, dance skirt/shorts, and split-sole ballet shoes. Leggings/long top acceptable. Men: Black tights or sweat pants, white ballet shoes, t-shirt.
Hair: Pulled back and away from face and neck.
